Large Meeting Rooms
We have 2 large meeting rooms available at the centre. They are modern, clean, light and airy. They are a great space for larger gatherings or activities where a bit more room is needed.
These rooms will cater to groups of up to 50 people depending on the way you choose to set up and use the room.
These large rooms are not air conditioned! However these architecturally designed spaces have high ceilings, huge open glass doors and ceiling fans. They have excellent ventilation and cope well well most normal seasonal temperatures.
What Do I Get in a Large Meeting Room?
Large Meeting Room 6A is our most popular room. This room will accommodate up to 40 people seated. For use with tables the room will accommodate 15 to 30 people depending on your set up style. Room 6A has a covered veranda that breaks out onto a small, lawned garden area. It has servery access to the shared kitchen, and direct access to and from the carpark. There are 2 extra large, wall panel whiteboards and pin boards in the room.
Large Meeting Room 6 is the slightly larger of the large meeting rooms and it can accommodate up to 60 people seated. For use with tables the room will accommodate 20 to 40 people depending on your set up style. This room also has direct access from the carpark and a small, covered veranda breakout area. There 2 extra large wall panel whiteboards and pin boards as well as 2 large wall mounted white boards in this room.
Room Set Up – large meeting rooms are not furnished or set up. This is because there are so many different ways they can be used. We provide tables and chairs for your use. These are conveniently stored in a separate storage space at the back of the room. They are easily accessible for you to set up the room as you require, for your purposes. Or we can set it up for you for a fee (which includes pack up as well).

$90 Half Day Afternoon Rate (1pm – 5pm)
$150 Day Rate (maximum use 8 hours)

Our rooms are very popular and bookings for use are essential. Before making a booking we need to check our room availability for you. To do this we will need you to provide the following information:
- The date you need the room e.g. 12th March
- The time you need the room (start & finish time) e.g.
9am to12pm - How many people you will be accommodating?
- How you will be using the space? So we can determine which meeting room best meets your needs.
- Do you wish to book Room Set Up or Tea & Coffee Services for your room use?
